Flash Point Measuring Device
This device is used to determine the flashpoint value of petroleum products, which is the temperature point at which the sample vaporizes to another composition state in the air that can be ignited. At that moment, the flashpoint apparatus can determine and measure the vapor pressure change in which this occurs, also known as the lowest limit of flammability. Therefore, vapor concentration can be determined by temperature. It is widely used in railway, aviation, electrical power, oil industries, and scientific research departments, etc.

Retort Kit
Read moreThis apparatus simply measures the percentage of oil, water, and solid volume of the drilling fluid. The sample is first heated up to 550°C and the vapor is passed through a condenser. The condensates are collected to measure the oil and water volume of drilling. Knowledge of oil, water, and solid content is fundamental for proper control of mud properties when considering oil/water ratios, rheology, density, filtration, and salinity. Knowledge of solids in drilling fluids is essential for proper evaluation and viscosity control.

Pour Point Measuring Device
Read morePour points expresses the lowest temperature of the sample which is kept in liquidity while cooled under certain standards. Pour point devices are generally used in labs that analyze oil produce (naphtha-biodiesel) while testing samples whether they are appropriate to the standards or not.

Saybolt Viscometer
Read moreThe Saybolt viscometer is a device that controls the heat of the fluid. Moreover, the viscosity is the time taken for the fluid to fill the container. These viscometers are most commonly used for fieldwork to measure the viscosity of oils, syrups, varnish, paints, and bitumen emulsions. The Saybolt viscometer can be found in different versions.

Reid Vapor Pressure Measuring Device
Read moreThe REID vapor Pressure Measuring device is an automated Reid Vapor pressure instrument that measures the vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil, and other volatile petroleum products. The RVP test is used in various quality control and R&D applications. RVP tests measure the potential impact of gasoline on engine performance and help benchmark fuels for various emission regulatory compliance programs.
